	Have your own brand and entrust another party to process and produce and paste your own brand for sale.	The entrusted party owns all or part of the patents, and the entrusting party only provides the brand.	Own core technology design and development, production and processing, all done by ourselves.
Intellectual property	The entrusting party provides the design scheme and owns all the patents on this product.	The entrusting party generally only owns the brand, and the entrusted party generally owns patents such as the core technology of the product.	-
Brand attribution	The entrusted party is simply processing and producing, and shall not disclose the patent of this product to a third party, nor shall it sell the entrusting party to purchase the remaining OEM products.	The entrusted party shall not disclose the patent of this product to a third party for processing and production, nor shall it sell the entrusting party to purchase the remaining OEM products by itself.	-

OEM masters the company's core technology and design and product sales, because the profit is the highest, and it controls the core technology and sales channels of the product, and then entrusts the manufacturing of lower-profit links to others.
ODM wants to focus on the expansion of the market, put the company's energy and resources into the market, and update the product technology by the entrusted party.
OBM masters the core technology by itself, has a factory to produce, does not spend resources and energy on outsourcing, and controls the quality in its own hands.
